Our Team and Coalition
ProvenTutoring is a free resource housed at the Center for Research and Reform in Education (CRRE) at Johns Hopkins University. It was established by the late Robert Slavin and Nancy Madden, of Johns Hopkins University.
The CRRE team that supports the work includes the following individuals:
Dr. Nancy Madden, Co-Founder, nmadden@jhu.edu
Dr. Amanda Neitzel, Director of Research, aneitzel@jhu.edu
Jen Krajewski, Director of Outreach and Engagement, jkrajewski@proventutoring.org
The ProvenTutoring coalition includes leaders of organizations that independently disseminate tutoring programs proven effective in rigorous research. These organizations joined ProvenTutoring to create a unified voice for tutoring and for evidence, out of a belief that using high-quality versions of proven programs at scale is the best way to advance outcomes in education.
